Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING within the continental USA (ecomony).
For faster shipping options, using your own shipping account, or shipping to Alaska, Hawai'i, or international destinations, please contact us.
Orders placed with destinations outside of the continental USA will be contacted with a shipping quote after ordering, or please reach out in advance if you prefer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping for Continental USA: We are pleased to offer free economy shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. By default, economy shipping will be used. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us, and we’ll happily accommodate you. You will be responsible for the increased shipping and handling fee.
Shipping for Customers Outside the Continental USA: For customers located outside the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, we will contact you with a shipping quote once your order is placed. Please note that shipping costs for these locations will be calculated based on your specific address and the size/weight of your order.
International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally. Once you place your order, we will reach out to you with a shipping quote. Shipping costs will be determined based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do NOT ship items to sanctioned, restricted or high-risk countries.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time for shipping based on your location. If you require your order faster, pickup at our store in Costa Mesa, California is an option, or please contact us with your order details via email, and we’ll get you express shipping quotes ASAP. Please note you will be responsible for the increase in shipping and handling fees.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Delivery: Your order is considered "Delivered" when the shipping provider updates their system to such status. It is the customer's responsiblity to ensure the delivery driver can leave packages in a safe location. This includes handling of packages by staff at PO Box locations. Any issues with lost packages after delivery are out of our control, and the customer will have to work with the shipping provider and/or local authorities to resolve such issues.
Shipping by customer carrier: If the customer wishes to ship items by means of a carrier of their own choice, we're happy to accomodate you. Please contact us right after placing the order. Flemingstoke will take care of the packaging, and send the dimensions and weight to the customer, so the customer can generate the shipping label and transport documents (import / export). The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and any other fees related to the delivery (e.g. import duties, value added tax, customs fees, etc).
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items that are in their original condition if initiated within 3 calendar days of receipt, the day of delivery of the package sent by Flemingstoke counting as the first day. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. See also “Non-Returnable Items”, below. You must deliver the return package within the carrier network within 2 business days after the return was approved by Flemingstoke, and report the tracking code for that package to Flemingstoke.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@flemingstoke.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping Costs: For returns within the continental USA, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect item) or the item was damaged by the shipping carrier. For returns from outside the continental USA and international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect item) or the item was damaged by the shipping carrier.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for us to process the return, and to issue the refund to your account. Please account for any delays by your financial institution in updating your account. Typically, refunds appear within about 15-30 calendar days.
Restocking Fee: Items being returned for reasons outside of a fault on the part of Flemingstoke (e.g. incorrect item sent) or damage by the shipping carrier, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to any items sourced on your request, items listed as “Final Sale” or “Sale” items.
